SPRING PERFORMANCE 2024
All of our DK dancers ages 2&up are included in our 20th annual Spring Performance Experience in June!
This year we will have 3 exciting shows on Saturday, June 1, 10am, 1pm and 4pm.
These shows will be approximately 75-90 minutes in length with no intermission.

I am SO beyond thrilled to celebrate DK Dance's 20th season with you all.
20+ years ago, DK Dance Studio was a DREAM... and now, I am living this dream, and with so many amazing people, past and present, including you and your dancer!
This show, along with this season, will be a Celebration of dreams, courage, love, and the age-old tradition of storytelling through dance. This showcase will weave the iconic tales of Disney into dance, transporting our performers and audience members from one beloved narrative to another, echoing the sentiments of aspirations, magic, and the power of believing. We cannot wait for you all to be a part of it!

Each family receives
5 complimentary tickets
to the show with your paid performance fee. The ticketing system will automatically apply your 5 complimentary tickets when you pick your seats and check-out.
Any additional tickets are $10 (3&under do not need a ticket but would be expected to sit on a lap).

WHO IS IN WHICH SHOW:
STUDIO CLASS PICTURE WEEK:
We are excited to have our picture week during the week, mostly during the regular class times! We think this will make it easier for all of the families! This week the dancers wear their costumes and get individual and group photos taken! It is such a fun time!
We are looking forward to SLR coming into the studio to do our photos for us!
You will be sent information on how to order your dancers photos prior to picture day!
This is also going to be a SNEAK PEAK WEEK for a family member! While the dancers are in costume, either before or after their photo, the dancers will show their dance so far! This will be done in the dance studios. There is limited space, and this is by no means a performance, so only 1 person per dancer.
Our annual Spring Performance is such an AWESOME experience. The Spring Performance concludes our Winter/Spring season. The dancers perform dances that they have been working on during the season.
Getting on stage in front of an audience is a big deal! During the season classes, we prepare the dancers with training and rehearsal, and build their confidence so the are prepared and ready for this exciting and memorable experience!
Frequently Asked Questions
Do ALL dancers get the Experience? YES, we have put it all together for you instead of multiple payments. Experience Bundle charges will be added to all accounts on October 1st. The $22 monthly option will be withdrawn with tuition. The $170 payment will be withdrawn on October 25th, 2023.
Do the dancers need a costume? YES, the purchase of a costume is required and part of the Spring Performance experience bundle. We will share the images of the costumes by February. The costumes are picked by the instructors and often follow the theme of the show.
What if my dancer is in more than 1 class or siblings? Dancers will pay an additional $65 per costume. Mini dancers will get a total of 2 costumes, so an additional costume fee of $65 will apply and is due on November 15th. Any additional costumes or sibling costumes will be charges on November 15th.
Will we need tickets to the show? YES, but we do give you 5 tickets to the show. You can purchase additional tickets 1 month before the show.
Is seating reserved? We will have RESERVED seating. All will have access to picking their seats through Dance Studio Ticketing. Information on this will be sent before the sale date.
Who will be performing? All dancers ages 2&up are included in the Performances.
Where is the rehearsal? We have full costume rehearsal at the DK Extension on May 25-30. The Stage Rehearsal will take place at Callahan Theater on May 31.
Are there multiple shows? Yes. The dancers are in 1 of the 3 performances.

SHOW DATE: June 1, 2024 (at Nazareth College's Callahan Theater) - Times 10am, 1pm, 4pm

Stage Rehearsal: May 31, 2024 (at Nazareth College's Callahan Theater)
In-Studio Dress Rehearsal: May 23-29, 2024
(a specific schedule will be available 2 months prior)

Please Note:
- If a dancer is in more than one class or Mini Combo, or there is more than 1 dancer in a family, additional costume fees will apply.
- Additional costume fee: $65 per costume.
Additional costume fees are due November 15th.
Families with more than 1 dancer: You will pay the additional costumes needed for additional siblings on NOVEMBER 15th.. For example: If you have 2 dancers, Suzy and Jane: Suzy will pay the $170 or $22 monthly payment and Jane will be $65 due November 15th.
